Each Appalachian Trading Post & Auction Company sale is conducted under the terms published with that auction. By registering to bid you accept those terms together with the general conditions below.
Bidding
- Lots are sold as is, where is; photographs and descriptions are a guide, and questions are welcome before the sale.
- The auctioneer’s decision on any dispute is final. Buyer’s premium, sales tax, payment and shipping terms are stated with each auction.
Payment and shipping
- Invoices are sent after the sale. Shipping and pick-up arrangements are stated with each auction.
